Working closely with Architect Simon Smithson, we were commissioned to produce verified photomontages for major commercial development in the historic area of Leeds, close to the Corn Exchange.

Leeds City Council were concerned to understand the precise scale and massing of the development in its local context.

An extremely high degree of precision was taken with the technical photography, survey 3D points on adjacent buildings and using these to geo-locate and geo-reference the proposed building.

Think Architecture had built a 3D model using SketchUp, but the precision required meant that MS Environmental completely rebuilt the 3D model from their 2D elevations.
