Working closely with Chartered Landscape Architect Eamonn Byrne MSE were commissioned to produce a series of verified views of a proposed housing scheme in a sensitive area of Sedbergh, North Yorkshire.
Planning permission was received within 2 months of submission of the visualisations.
KILDWICK CONSERVATION AREA North Yorkshire

Working closely with Heritage Planning Design and Craven District Council, MSE were commissioned to undertake technical photography and generate verified photomontages for a development in a hignly sensitive Conservation Area.
The project was stuck in planning without an officer recommendation, due to concerns about the scale and appropriateness of development.
The resultant visualisations together with Technical Methodology resulted in Planning Consent within 3 weeks.
FLAXBY ESTATE North Yorkshire

Working closely with Architect Michael Wildblood, MSE were commissioned to undertake technical photography from a number of historic assets at Castle Allerton, including the Temple and the stately home itself. The project included over 2750 dwellings and the approach to visualisations was agreed with Historic England and Harrogate Borough Council

Working closely with Chartered Landscape Architect, Matt Jarvis CMLI, we were commissioned to produce verified photomontages with both winter and summertime photography and visualisations.
Over 20 different house types were built in the 3D model, which included a comprehensive landscaping scheme.
The project was subject to a Public Inquiry in which the robust accuracy of our work was acknowledged.
